Hospitality & Catering


This qualification allows students to develop a vast range of practical cooking skills whilst learning how to apply these to the hospitality and Catering industry. In Year 10, students will cook every week with increasingly complex dishes as the project progresses. Students will learn about the hospitality and Catering industry from job roles to food hygiene. In Year 11, students will apply their knowledge of nutrition and propose a 2 course meal which they will cook under exam conditions.
